We will contact you and provide personal assistance to get you going with your new plan. In general, our product aims to be highly usable and we have focused on making onboarding for you, your team and your residents as easy as possible.
Payment will be handled through Stripe and can be done through credit card, Paypal or direct debit.
We offer two different pricing models - monthly or annual. The monthly contract can be cancelled with a 1-month notice, the annual comes with a 20% discount for an annual commitment. Both contracts are rolling subscriptions.
Which plan is right for you depends primarily on the size of your community as they are tailored to the specific needs that come with that.
Yes, there is a set-up fee to onboard and educate your team and your community into obeyo. The amount varies between €5k and €15k depending on the size of your community and your onboarding needs.
